Returns & Exchanges

Sale Orders

Products purchased during End of Season Sale (EOSS) are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless received damaged with a valid unboxing video.

Cancellation Policy

  • Regular orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Sale orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
