At Aavriti Jaipur. customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing an order.

No Refund Policy

We do not offer cash refunds or bank refunds under any circumstances.

Approved returns are processed only in the form of Store Credit, which can be used for future purchases on our website.

Return & Exchange Window

Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 7 to 15 days from the date of delivery.

Requests received after this period may not be accepted.

Store Credit

Once the returned item passes quality inspection, store credit will be issued to your website wallet/account.

Store credit is non-transferable and can only be used on future purchases at Aavriti Jaipur.

Exchange Policy

  • The first exchange request for an order is free of charge.
  • Any additional exchange request for the same order will incur a fee of ₹150.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

An unboxing video is mandatory for:

  • Missing product claims
  • Damaged item claims
  • Incorrect product received

Claims without a clear unboxing video may not be accepted.

End of Season Sale (EOSS)

All products purchased during End of Season Sale (EOSS) are considered FINAL SALE.

No return or exchange will be accepted on sale items unless the item received is damaged and supported with a valid unboxing video.

Order Cancellation During Sale

Orders placed during sale periods can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

After this period, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale items (unless damaged)
  • Used or washed products
  • Products without original packaging/tags
  • Customized products

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange request, contact our support team with:

  • Order Number
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Product images/videos
  • Mandatory unboxing video (if applicable)
